Where it all started

The Farm

Farm

The story

For over 50 years the Lollovers farm has spanned over the 60 hectares in front of the village. These lands are dedicated to orchards, olive trees, vineyards and vegetable gardens, as well as to the grazing of cows, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs.

Every day of the year, regardless of the days marked in red on the calendar, our task is to take care of our animals and our land. Our aim is to guarantee them a healthy and dignified life and for us to always benefit from the fresh and, above all, 0 kilometer-sourced products.

Life is a continuous flow of energy that knows not of Sundays or celebrations. In this field, therefore, our commitment is constant and daily.

Farm

The products

We love nature, we respect it, we take care of it.
In return, it rewards us with products that enrich the tables of our restaurant.

Sometimes it is not easy to get the maximum yield from the land and our cattle, due to its unpredictability. Nevertheless, the joy and satisfaction we get from it every day is immeasurable.

The most important thing for us is the contact between life and the earth which ensures that we never lose the bond that binds us to mother nature and to our origins as human beings.

Farm
