Our restaurant was built on the grounds of Donna Franzisca's old granary. A strong and enterprising woman, Donna Franzisca has always shown commitment and passion in everything she did by instilling these qualities in our whole family from the youngest to the oldest.
Today the restaurant strives to pay homage to her as a place to meet and share happy moments. A place where all the fruits of our agricultural activity are conveyed to give rise to a sensory experience that is both local and authentic.
Our traditional menu as well as our vegetarian and vegan options will undoubtedly delight you with a food and wine journey that embodies our commitment and passion for simple and traditional Sardinian cuisine.
The dishes we offer to our guests vary according to the seasonal availability from our farm and our vegetable garden.
