Lollovers, traditional Sardinian cuisine

Our Agriturismo was born on the old granary of Donna Franzisca. A strong and enterprising woman, who always demonstrated her commitment and passion in everything she did, transferring these qualities to our entire family from the youngest to the oldest.

Today the Agriturismo wants to pay homage to it as a place to meet and share happy moments, where all the fruits of our agricultural activity are conveyed to give rise to a sensorial experience that is at the same time local and authentic.

Our typical menu will delight you with a food and wine journey that is the result of our commitment and our passion for simple and traditional cuisine.

The dishes we offer our guests vary based on the seasonality of what our farm and garden have to offer . .

Traditional menu

Welcome aperitif

Starters
• Selection of cured meats and fresh and aged local cheeses
• Selection of baked or battered vegetables
• Selection of meat-based hot appetizers

First course
• Homemade pasta with sheep ragu

Second course
• Local roasted suckling pig or stewed lamb

Side dishes
• Seasonal vegetables
• Baked or grilled potatoes

Traditional dessert

Drinks (water, wine, beer), coffee and digestives are also considered included.
